Capadocia is a distinguished, award-winning Performing Artist, Director and Dance Educator. Working as a soloist or in collaboration with multi-ethnic artists of her Silayan Dance Company, her deftly crafted work has been presented throughout California, the Philippines, in the East coast and in Europe. An acclaimed choreographer and dance storyteller highly trained in both Philippine folk dance and modern dance forms, her original, emotionally charged, visually arresting, socially relevant dance dramas are a brilliant, unique fusion of traditional art and meaningful contemporary American dialogue.
